Potstickers
How come mine don’t look like that?
There are various brands of potstickers, called gyoza in Japanese, in the frozen sections of most stores these days. I prefer them pan fried and steamed versus deep fried like wontons. Every time there is an event where I need to bring a dish, I offer these. Not five minutes pass before the platter is empty! I’m often asked how I prepare them because theirs never look like that. …more
